The program is open to game development teams from all over the world. You just need to convince us that your team and project are one of the five best teams who have applied, and move to Vitoria-Gasteiz for the two months the campus lasts to work on your game (we will cover staying costs and help with travel expenses).
We are focusing on the free-to-play business model, which is becoming the dominant monetization strategy for games. We will bring experts from around the world to help you with all aspects involved in creating a game that can succeed in the marketplace using the free-to-play business model.
All aspects of creating a game are very challenging, and we are games industry veterans, so we will be happy to help you with any type of issue: product and game design, live operations, marketing and communication, art direction, engineering, production…
We will try to cover all bases to maximize the chances of your success.
A big part of the strategy to make a game successful lies not in the product itself, but in its positioning in the market, its marketing and communication, the networking your team does, and the partnerships you can set up. We will bring specialists in all of these fields, and we will try to promote your game as much as possible using the campus as a platform, so that your game can reach as far as possible.
We want to push the games industry in Vitoria-Gasteiz and the Basque Country. Becoming a hub for top international talent, helping the projects succeed and letting the world know about it will be a great way to help the local ecosystem.
